- How do I pay for an order?

Your card is charged when your order is placed. As soon as we get the payment authorization, our system sends you an automatic email confirming the transaction.
From that confirmation the delivery time begins to count. In case of declined orders, you will receive a warning email.
Note that for first purchases over R$ 200 may pass through an authenticity check of the card holder. We do this in order to enhance security and avoid cloned cards or unauthorized shopping.
During this period of prroving and checking you need not show any value or the card number.

Then it takes three more bank days to confirm the transaction. After we receive the confirmation from the bank institution your order is immediately prepared for shipping.

> By choosing this payment method, you will receive our bank details. Only for costumers located in Brazilian territory.
We work with Banco do Brasil and Caixa Economica Federal, feel free to choose what is best for you.
Remember that in this type of transaction, the customer must send an email confirming the date, amount and order number, and have attached proof (receipt) of operation.
