- How do reprint requests work? What is it?
> By clicking on "Request Reprint" you can sign up for the specific sold out size and we'll email you to let you know when the product is available again.
We reprint our tees based on demand. It functions as a poll: the most voted ones always return faster! But special attention to this: the reprint request does not guarantee the reservation of the product.
- How do exchanges work?
> Our consumer policy assures and guarantee the exchange of products within 30 days of the date of purchase.
You can request the exchange by e-mailing us on firstname.lastname@example.org and informing the order number along with the items that you're returning. Then our team will proceed with it quickly.
All returned items are examined on our distribution center. They must be in the original condition you received them in. We do not accept washed items.
Then, if everything is ok, the desired product will be exchanged after approved by this control system.
The first exchange is FREE. And for the next ones we have a few simple procedures wich can be clarified by e-mail.
- How do I find my size?

You will find a link to our size chart on each items page that says "Size Info". By clicking on it the Size Chart will pull up and you'll be able to compare your body measurements to the measurements of each size to find the size that best fits. Please note that our products may shrink 3% after washing.
